This course introduces students to organisational numerology: the analysis of businesses, institutions, brands, founding dates, leadership structures, and the relationship between people and the entity they create or manage. Students learn to view an organisation as a symbolic and energetic structure with its own rhythm, direction, vulnerabilities, and development potential.
Students work with organisational case studies, fictional company profiles, business-partner compatibility examples, name and date analysis exercises, and structured reflection scenarios. They practise separating numerological insight from business advice and learn how to formulate conclusions in a careful, useful, and bounded way.
Students prepare a short organisational numerology case report that includes partner compatibility, company identity indicators, organisational rhythm, possible tension points, and ethically framed reflection questions for founders or decision-makers.
By the end of the course, students can use numerology as a reflective instrument for organisational clarity. They learn how to support entrepreneurs, teams, and institutions with structured insight while maintaining professional caution and ethical boundaries.
