Course 1 – Assertive Communication for Numerologists

This course develops one of the essential competences of a Counsellor Numerologist: the ability to communicate numerological analysis clearly, responsibly, and with emotional balance. Students learn how to transform interpretation into structured dialogue, how to explain complex information in accessible language, and how to preserve the client’s dignity, autonomy, and emotional safety throughout the consultation.

Identify personal vibrational communication style and its influence on tone, pace, listening, and guidance.
Distinguish passive, aggressive, manipulative, and assertive communication in professional counselling contexts.
Structure a session from opening and context clarification to synthesis, recommendations, questions, and closure.
Manage emotional, defensive, sceptical, rushed, or overwhelmed clients without losing clarity or boundaries.
Use responsible language for sensitive topics such as relationships, money, wellbeing, family decisions, and professional change.

Practice format

Students work with guided role-play, consultation simulations, short explanatory scripts, objection-handling exercises, and examples of emotionally sensitive dialogue.

They practise how to slow down a conversation, clarify the subject’s question, reframe excessive expectations, and communicate insight without pressure or dependency.

Student outputs

By the end of this course, students prepare a professional counselling conversation structure, a set of recommended explanation formulas, and a short simulated consultation demonstrating clear, assertive, ethical communication.

By the end of the course, students can communicate with calm authority, empathy, firmness, and respect. They learn that counselling quality depends not only on what is interpreted, but on how the interpretation is delivered, received, clarified, and integrated.
